<lumi-cells> without a framework
Plain HTML: one tag, the preset, interactive and
src attributes, and declarative element binding through
data-lc-*.
1. A scene of HTML bubbles
Every bubble with data-lc-influence lights up the grid under it,
data-lc-pulse="click" sends a ring on click and
data-lc-lift="hover" lifts pixels on hover. The light color
(data-lc-color) of the blue bubbles is lighter than their fill, so they do
not blend into their own glow.
